There are certain ‘guidelines’ and style tips that help any woman feel better in what she is wearing and looking her beautiful best.
I realise I may have mentioned some if not all the points previously however, I keep getting asked by many women out there... what can I do to play up my curves and downplay my size? Know your body and what looks most flattering. Every detail counts from head to toe.
Be proud of your curves and don’t be afraid to wear form-fitting clothes that show off your assets. Confidence is key.
Define your waist. A belted dress in a dark, matte colour highlights your curves. Baggier, unstructured clothing doesn’t help size hide. In fact, loose clothing makes one look bigger... A fact!
Play with proportion regardless of your size. For example, a cropped jacket/blazer (preferably shaped) over a longer top with leggings/jeggings/skinny jeans adds length to your silhouette and makes you look long and lean.
Heels are one of the best options when you want to add height and a feminine touch. Heels are definitely the way to go. This season, there are many heels to choose from even comfortable styles like the wedge.
Key pieces for any wardrobe:
Have fun shopping!
Be well.

Autumn has arrived at Sara and I am so excited to introduce to you some of the key themes and styles of the collection. The styles and colours are really flattering and they will make you step out in confidence and feel a million dollars!
This Autumn celebrates bold colours like never before with two main colour palettes. Firstly, berry reds such as cerise, cranberry, plum, magenta and rhubarb. Then, gorgeous Kingfisher blues are splashed all over tops, cardi’s and trenches giving you that ‘stand-out’ look.
This season there is a focus on styles that have the power to enhance your shape by elongating your body and re-shaping your silhouette. Tulip shaped tops are excellent for creating shape and emphasizing your natural curves while many of the coats this season are shaped that way.
Anything that is long line, like our cardi coats and tunic tops work the same way. Team these up with some high wasted jeans - don’t be scared, these have the ability to actually make you look slimmer when worn with a longer top as they hold everything in!
As seen in the Autumn catalogue, there are a large variety of cardigans in different shapes and colour. Textured, fine, cropped, long, natural, neutral, boyfriend and bright.
I would love to hear some of your feedback about the Autumn collection and how it makes you feel, so drop me a line.
