About the Sara Gift Card
Sara is now selling Gift Cards in Australia. - The Gift Cards are issued by Sara’s parent company, EziBuy Limited, and are subject to EziBuy’s standard Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
- A Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise sold by either Sara or EziBuy.
- It is not returnable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.
- A Gift Card expires 12 months from the day of purchase or, if relevant, its last top up. Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card at expiry will not be refunded or credited.
- A Gift Card cannot be replaced and neither Sara nor EziBuy shall be responsible for any Gift Card that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
- A Gift Card purchased in Australia is valid only in Australia
A Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount between $10 and $300. Gift Cards can be purchased and are redeemable either online or through our contact centre.
Delivery
Gift Cards will be sent via Registered Post to the address indicated by you. The address must be in Australia and cannot be a Post Office Box. For security purposes, if you purchase more than one card at the same time, each card will be sent in a separate parcel. The delivery charge is $2.50 per Gift Card. Delivery of Gift Cards will usually take between 10 – 14 working days.
Gift Card Balance and other Enquiries
You can check your Gift Card balance, expiry date and transaction history online by clicking on the Gift Card link online at www.sarafashion.com.au or www.ezibuy.com.au.
You can also check your Gift Card balance and expiry date by ringing 1800 148 148 or via SMS. To check by SMS just TXT your 16 digit Card Number (without any space or hyphens)followed by a space and your 4 digit Access Number to 1977 4111. TXT enquiries will incur a charge of $0.55.

Where can I purchase a Gift Card? You can purchase a Gift Card through our contact centre or online. What are the minimum and maximum values for a Gift Card? The minimum value is $10 and the maximum value is $300. Within these limits, you can choose any value. How is a Gift Card delivered?
The Gift Card will be sent by Registered Post to you or any other person at the address indicated by you. The address must be in Australia and cannot be a Post Office Box. For security purposes, if you purchase more than one Card at the same time, each Card will be sent in a separate parcel. Delivery will usually take between 10 and 14 working days. Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. The delivery charge is $2.50 per Card. How can I pay for my Gift Card?
How you pay for your Gift Card depends on where you purchase it. Online, you must pay for your Gift Card by credit card. Through our contact centre, you can use a credit card or debit card as payment. You will not be able to use cash, cheques, Myer Cards, EziBuy Cards or another Gift Card. Can I give my Gift Card to someone else?
You can use your Gift Card yourself, or give it to someone else. The Sara Gift Card is an ideal gift for any occasion. You can arrange for the Card to be sent directly to another person. Can Gift Cards be purchased outside Australia?
Australian Gift Cards cannot be purchased outside Australia. However, customers, other than Australian customers, may purchase New Zealand Gift Cards, provided they are delivered to a New Zealand address. If a Gift Card is delivered as a gift, what will the recipient receive?
The Gift Card will be delivered with a personalised letter. You can include a personal message if you wish. The message may be entered online or given to the contact centre operator when ordering the Gift Card. Can I include a message with a Gift Card?
Yes. You can include a message with a Gift Card. The Gift Card Terms and Conditions contain certain requirements as to the contents of messages, and we reserve the right to amend any message which appears to breach them. Can I use my Gift Card as soon as I receive it?
Yes. Your Gift Card will be activated at the time of purchase. Where can I use my Gift Card?
Your Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise sold by either Sara or EziBuy, and can be used for purchases online or through our contact centre. However, the Gift Card is only valid in Australia. Can I use a Gift Card and another method of payment to pay for my order?
No. If you wish to use your Gift Card to purchase merchandise either online or through our contact centre at a price exceeding the value remaining on your Gift Card, you will be asked to top up the balance of your Gift Card by credit card (or in the case of the contact centre, debit card) for the amount of the excess and you can then use your topped up Gift Card for the entire price. You will not be able to use cash, cheques, Myer Cards, EziBuy Cards or another Gift Card as payment for the rest of your order. If the price is less than the value remaining on your Gift Card, the balance will remain on your Card for use on another occasion. Can I return merchandise purchased using my Gift Card?
Our usual returns policy will apply to purchases using your Gift Card. Accordingly, where you are refunded the purchase price for returned merchandise originally paid by your Gift Card, the price will be credited back to that Card (or, if the Card has been lost, stolen or damaged, a new Gift Card issued for the relevant amount). If the merchandise is faulty, we will meet our statutory obligations. What happens if I tender my Gift Card for merchandise on back order?
If you tender your Gift Card to purchase merchandise on back order, payment will be taken from your Gift Card at time of purchase. Can I redeem my Gift Card for cash?
No. Your Gift Card can only be used for merchandise sold by Sara or EziBuy. It is not returnable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card. Can I check my Gift Card balance?
Yes. You can check your Gift Card balance, expiry date and transaction history. Details on how to do this are set out above. Can I top up the balance on my Gift Card?
Yes. You may top up the balance on your Gift Card at any time before its expiry online or through our contact centre. The minimum value of a top up is $10, and the maximum value of your Gift Card, following the top up, must not exceed $300. How do I top up my Gift Card?

Does my Gift Card have an expiry date?
Yes. Your Gift Card expires 12 months from the day of purchase or, if relevant, its last top up. Any unused balance remaining on your Gift Card at expiry will not be refunded or credited. What happens if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Unfortunately, your Gift Card cannot be replaced, and neither Sara nor EziBuy is responsible for any Card that is lost, stolen or damaged. Similarly, neither of us will be responsible for unauthorised use of your Card. If you are returning or have returned merchandise originally purchased by Gift Card, and the original Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact our contact centre who, after verification of the transaction history and balance of the Gift Card, will cancel the Gift Card and issue a new Gift Card for the price of the returned merchandise. GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. TERMS You, and any person who holds a Gift Card, agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. PURCHASING A GIFT CARD 1. You can purchase a Gift Card through our contact centre or online. 2. You must choose the value of your Gift Card at the time of purchase. The minimum value is $10 and the maximum value is $300. 3. Your Gift Card will be activated at the time of purchase. 4. Your Gift Card will be sent at your risk by Registered Post to the person at the address in Australia indicated by you. Details of approximate delivery times, and delivery costs, are specified on our website. 5. If you purchase more than one Gift Card at the same time, each card will be sent in a separate parcel and incur a delivery charge. 6. You may include a message when purchasing a Gift Card. The content of your message must not be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Further, you must not impersonate any person or entity in any part of your message. We reserve the right to amend any message which appears to breach any of these requirements. 7. You will not be entitled to Fly Buys points when you purchase your Gift Card. 3. USING YOUR GIFT CARD 1. Your Gift Card is only redeemable for merchandise sold by EziBuy or Sara, and can be used for purchases online or through our contact centre. Your Gift Card is only valid in Australia. 2. If you wish to use your Gift Card to purchase merchandise either online or through our contact centre at a price exceeding the value remaining on your Gift Card, you will be asked to top up the balance of your Gift Card by credit card (or, in the case of the contact centre, debit card) for the amount of the excess and you can then use your topped up Gift Card for the entire price. If the price is less than the value remaining on your Gift Card, the balance will remain on your Gift Card for use on another occasion. 3. Subject to clause 4.2 below, you may top up the balance on your Gift Card at any time before its expiry online or through our contact centre. 2. The minimum value of a top up is $10 and the maximum value of your Gift Card, following the top up, must not exceed $300. 5. EXPIRY 1. Your Gift Card expires 12 months from the day of purchase or, if relevant, its last top up. 2. Any unused balance remaining on your Gift Card at expiry will not be refunded or credited. 6. RESPONSIBILITY 1. You should treat your Gift Card like cash. Your card cannot be replaced, and we shall not be responsible for unauthorised use of your card or for any card that is lost, stolen or damaged. 7. GENERAL TERMS 1. Privacy: A copy of our privacy policy is available on our website. 2. Amendments: We may amend these Terms from time to time by updating them on our website. 3. Force Majeure: We shall not be in breach of these Terms, or otherwise liable to you, for delay in performance or non-performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, for example, any power shortages or systems failures). 4. Law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of Australia. 8. DEFINED TERMS AND INTERPRETATION 1. In these Terms, the following words have the following special meanings: “Gift Card” means a Gift Card issued by us "Terms" means these terms, together with the terms set out on the back of a Gift Card, as amended from time to time; "We", "our", "us" means EziBuy Limited; and "You" means the purchaser of the Gift Card and any holder of the Gift Card for the time being. “Online” means online at www.sarafashion.com.au or www.ezibuy.com.au. “Sara” means our subsidiary, Sara Apparel Limited. 2. For convenience, these Terms have been grouped under headings, but the headings do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
